A Cape Coral girl has been reported missing.

Juliet Odierna, 8, was last seen in the area of the 3000 block of Oasis Boulevard in Cape Coral.

She was abducted from Oasis Elementary School, according to the Cape Coral Police Department.

Her father, Robert Odierna, has full custody of Juliet, but when he arrived at the school to pick her up on Thursday he was told someone had picked her up during the lunch hour.

Police believe this is the second time Theodore Moschovas abducted the girl. The first time he took her to Massachusetts. He is the child's stepfather.

Moschovas and the child may be in the company of the child's mother, Jennifer Moschovas, 34. She has court-ordered supervised visitation only.

According to police, Moschovas showed up at the school and idenfitied himself as Robert Odierna.

The child is described as white with blonde hair and blue eyes. She stands at 4 feet, 3 inches and weighs about 80 pounds, according to an AMBER alert notice.

Odierna is 34 years old. She is described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes. She stands at 5 feet, 9 inches. Her weight is unknown.

The alleged abductor, Moschovas, 37, white with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a beard. He stands at 6 feet and weighs 220 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt with white stripes, tan shorts, brown sandals and a light-colored ball cap.

They may be traveling in a 2016 Hyundai Accent with a Florida temporary tag number CBN9123 or in a white, Ford F-150 pickup truck.

Odierna said today's kidnapping is Jennifer Moschovas' plan and speculates that they're probably attempting to drive far away again to avoid capture.

He said they unsuccessfully attempted to take her again in January during one of Jennifer Moschovas' visitations at her parents' house. He said Jennifer grabbed Juliet and told her to run down the street, where Theodore Moschavas was waiting in a car.

He said the police should have done more after that incident, and that Theodore Moschovas should be charged with kidnapping.

Odierna said it's good to have the pictures of Jennifer and Theodore Moschovas out there, but he wants to clarify that Theodore Moschovas has a fuller beard now.

Anyone with information is asked to dial 911 or the Cape Coral Police Department at 239-574-3223.

An AMBER alert was set off for a missing Cape Coral girl.
