Monday Morning Joy: Voices so 'Bright'

My life is a beautiful struggle. And, too often, I only feel the struggle. The beautiful seems to get lost in the business of my responsibilities. It is only when I pause for a moment, that I feel the beautiful: in music, friendships, theater, dance, and my daughter’s hugs.

I need more of these moments and maybe you do to. So, I created Monday Morning Joy, a video series of uplifting moments featuring the people of Southwest Florida. I will share them regularly on news-press.com and The News-Press’ Facebook page.

Kicking off the series is The A Cappella Group from Cypress Lake High School in Fort Myers. Recently, TAG won the International Championship of High School A Cappella Southeast semifinal in Orlando, earning a spot in the finals in New York on April 29.
